SIGNIA – SIC Imobiliária Fechada, S.A., became a heterogeneous Collective Investment Company in the form of Real Estate Investment, Fixed Capital and Private Subscription, managed by Silvip – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A..

The conversion into a SIC was authorized by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on December 29, 2021, and complies with the legal framework set out in Decree-Law no. 27/2023, of April 28 (RGA) and the regulations issued by the CMVM.

SIGNIA investment policy is to achieve an increasing capital appreciation, through the investment and management of a diversified set of real estate assets, under the terms set out in its Management Regulation.

As of December 31, 2023, SIC had 71,792,358 euros under management.
