Almost Future – SIC Imobiliária Fechada, S.A., became a heterogeneous Collective Investment Company in 2020 in the form of Real Estate Investment, Fixed Capital and Private Subscription, managed by Silvip – Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo, S.A..

The conversion into a SIC was authorized by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) on November 20, 2020, and complies with the legal framework established by Decree-Law no. 27/2023, of April 28 (RGA) and the regulations issued by the CMVM.

SIC’s investment policy is to achieve, in a long-term perspective, an increasing capital appreciation, through the investment and management of a diversified set of properties, under the terms provided for in the Management Regulation. The real estate heritage of SIC consists of several properties spread over the metropolitan areas of Lisbon and Porto, with different uses, namely, services and housing, intended for rehabilitation and for real estate promotion.

As of December 31, 2023, SICAFI had 26,431,851 euros under management.
